ACTIVATION ASSISTANT

Location: Costa Rica - Remote
Salary: $12,500 - $20,000 USD per year.

The Role:
The Activation Assistant’s role is to support social media campaign execution by focusing on campaign shortlisting, critical data entry and other administrative duties as needed. This role is a full-time, permanent contract and fully remote.

Applications must be submitted in English - this includes your CV/Resume. Applicants must be permanently based in Costa Rica with full legal right to work, without sponsorship.

The Role Responsibilities:
- Source appropriate creators tailored to each campaign via DV’s third party creator sourcing platform Captiv8
- Perform creator safety checks via the Captiv8 platform and through various online sources
- Draft creator bios
- Enter campaign data into DV’s proprietary campaign management system Chord
- Maintain accurate data entry of campaign performance results
- Other administrative duties as needed
- Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices

The Must-Haves:
- Fluent in English - main working language at DV
- Passionate about Social Media and Influencer Marketing
- Basic knowledge of creators and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Impressive organisational skills
- Sense of urgency around deliverables
- Confidence to work independently on a fast-paced campaign

The Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous industry experience in a digital marketing agency environment is desirable but not essential.
