Su función y responsabilidades
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our people, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and driving business results through effective management and leadership.
The 1st line manager will oversee a team of 25 - 30 executive assistants for North America and Costa Rica-based IBM executives. Providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success, fostering a culture of open communication, transparency, and accountability, encouraging feedback and continuous improvement. Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews to ensure employee needs are met and goals are achieved, client facing skills, identify issues and implement actions to handle internal client escalation.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and employee engagement, Identify and address talent development needs, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement Collaborate with other leaders to align team goals with business objectives and drive organizational success.
This manager will be responsible for the Assistants who have a working schedule based on US EST, CST and PST time zones under following working hours 6am - 3pm, 7pm - 4pm or 9am - 6pm all of this schedules affected by daylight saving period. This schedule may change based on business needs.
