The Catalog Integrity team designs and implements policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers. Our team is looking for leaders to take ownership of these various areas and deliver on critical and high visibility projects. We are looking for a Risk Manager to conduct deep dive reviews of potential abuse worldwide. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping us ensure that customers may make great purchase decisions and that brand owners and sellers using Amazon are successfully listing and selling their products. Your decisions are not only fundamental to helping protect customers and sellers but will help maintain the health of the Amazon catalog and product listings ecosystem. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

Key job responsibilities
- Review data points along with live PDPs of top ranked ASINs to uncover potential signals of ASIN Attribute Abuse - Including but not limited to keyword, ASIN Hijacking, merged review, mis-categorization Abuse, PDP tampering, duplicate or inconsistent variation, multi-pack variation, diverting and search engagement abuse
- Conducts deep dive order-based reviews of the top ranked ASINs across all of the World Wide marketplaces
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in different and specialized abuse prevention cases, with increased complexity based on different business needs
- Analyzes the data though the use of data mining to drive decision and dive deep issues
-Will provide support as and when required for deep dives, mentoring new batches, and cross trainings
- Contributes to process improvement initiatives
- Works on projects that design/improve tools or processes y testing and/or develops recommendations for management
- Executes on key team priorities and assists teammates with execution
- Participates in the development internal communication on key process changes for easy percolation to teammates

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of experience working in relevant industries such as fraud/abuse prevention, law, investigations, risk, compliance, project management, etc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to write, clearly and succinctly including correction of error (COE) and investigation reports for senior leadership and executive audiences
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working in risk, fraud or compliance organizations
- High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
- Strong enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization
- Excellent cross group collaboration skills
