We're seeking a dynamic Seller Coaching Manager to lead our External Fulfillment (EF) team in driving seller success across Amazon's marketplace. In this role, you'll develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance seller performance, drive adoption of new features, and scale our coaching program while leading a team of specialists.
Key job responsibilities
As the Seller Coaching Manager, you'll partner with business teams to identify key priorities and support on the design and implementation of coaching strategies. You'll leverage data-driven insights to support to improve processes and seller performance that will drive business growth.
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead a team of Seller Coaching specialists, driving performance excellence and career development
- Partner with Program teams to support the definition and execution of coaching strategies that enhance seller success
- Support the Design and implement scalable coaching methodologies and quality standards Program Management & Analytics
- Support the drive continuous process improvements through data analysis and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities and support the implementation of solutions to optimize seller operations
- Support the development and standardization of coaching frameworks for consistent program delivery Stakeholder & Seller Success
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to drive program improvements
- Lead resolution of complex seller escalations while supporting team development
- Support sellers through operational processes and new feature adoption while ensuring compliance
Program Management & Analytics

- Develop and standardize coaching frameworks for consistent program delivery
Stakeholder & Seller Success
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to drive program improvements

- Guide sellers through operational processes and new feature adoption while ensuring compliance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
