DESCRIPTION
Amazon Devices - the team behind the best-selling Amazon Echo, Kindle E-Reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, and Home Security product lines - is seeking a Marketing Program Manager as we expand our marketing operations team in Costa Rica.
This role will lead stakeholders to deliver thousands of Amazon homepage marketing campaigns annually for Devices and ensure that we constantly raise the customer experience bar.
The successful candidate will have exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for inventing and scaling better processes. We are looking for someone excited to build new things in a start-up-like environment and grow with the team.
Key job responsibilities
-Serve as lead project manager for Devices' homepage marketing campaign operations in the US, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring that thousands of campaigns launch on-time and without errors annually.
-Create a new content bar raising and quality assurance operations program, including conducting content bar raising on campaigns as an ongoing responsibility.
-Communicate effectively via email, operational readiness docs, and Weekly Business Review meetings with managers, peers, and 100+ stakeholders across multiple Devices and Amazon Central teams to achieve shared objectives, amidst their competing priorities. Escalate to managers when appropriate.
-Solicit feedback from stakeholders on processes and continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the team's operational mechanisms, such as campaign build playbooks, reporting tools, and quality assurance mechanisms.
-Partner with XDM operations PMs and with tech teams improve our standard operating procedures, mechanisms, and tech tools in order mitigate merchandising manual error risks, and make our marketing processes more efficient.
About the team
The Amazon Cross-Devices Marketing team coordinates the biggest sales moments and marketing activation's (e.g., Prime Day, product launches, etc.); defines and execute Devices marketing online for all Devices Product Lines; and maintains the look and feel of the Devices brand.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, excellent prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines amid ambiguous situations.
