DESCRIPTION

Our priority is to identify, scope, and deliver upstream systems and process improvements which reduce operating expenses, increase free cash flow, and improve customer experience.
The Global Order to Cash (O2C) team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead improvements to our interest charging program. The right candidate will be strategic and detail-oriented, have strong accounting and finance skills, robust interpersonal and influencing skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to gather business and technical requirements across global teams to drive system and change management processes. This person will need to roll up their sleeves, work independently, and have an extremely high level of ownership and ability to dive deep.
This is an individual contributor role that will collaborate with support teams through a dotted line organization, including analysts, managers, and support staff across the globe. This role must be strategic, detail-oriented, possess robust interpersonal and influencing skills (this role will have frequent communication with senior leadership), as well as good organizational and project management skills.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
* Analyze the interest charge program to identify process improvement opportunities. Develop specific recommendations based on historical transaction patterns and customer feedback.
* Build business case/problem statement for process recommendations and secure buy-in from program stakeholders.
* Drive standardization, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
* Conduct regular review of program transactions with support centers to determine program effectiveness.
* Collaborate with Tech teams on new program features and integration into future collection levers management workbenches.
* Design change management plans and lead execution with internal stakeholders and external customers.
* Develop and maintain interest charge program (KPIs) to track program health and detect outliers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
