Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Palo Alto Prisma Cloud security solution to protect the organization's networks, Apps, and systems.
- Administer and maintain the Prisma Cloud infrastructure, including protecting applications from code to cloud, preventing breaches and reducing risks.
- Expertise in apps vulnerability management and reporting, Cloud, Linux, Containers, APIs and networking.
- Collaborate with the information security, network teams and external vendors to enforce consistent security policies across the organization and participate in security infrastructure implementation and improvement projects.
- Customer-Facing Support: Engage with customers, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills to address technical issues and provide support.
- Cloud Technologies: Utilize expertise in Cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS, to ensure secure and efficient Apps and network operations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Experience implementing and administering the Prisma Cloud security solution.
- Strong knowledge of information security, networking, Cloud and system architecture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in customer-facing roles, delivering exceptional service and support within Prisma Cloud environments.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Experience in apps vulnerability management and reporting, Linux, Containers, APIs and networking.
- Recognized Prisma Cloud certifications such as Prisma Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCCSE) are preferred.
- Security and network certifications such as CompTIA Security +, CySA, CCNA, Azure or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS and IBM Cloud.
